The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m.

The published agenda was agreed to.

4) Review of Previous Minutes

August 1, 2007. Typo identified.

With this amendment, motion to accept: by Jackie Alguire, seconded by Marc Dumontier. Unamimous.

5) Appointment of New Board Member

Luc Leblanc be appointed to the CDTBA Board of Directors.

Motion to accept: by Jackie Alguire, seconded by Helga Sarazin. Unamimous.

6) Executive Reports

a) President’s Report.

All Directors received a copy of the CDTBA Bylaws and were requested to read the handout before the next meeting.

Marg to send form and payment for CTF Insurance.

b) Association Manager

All league kits were distributed.

Letter from Windsor Provincial Tournament (May 2007) listing awards from the tournament will be given to Owen Labelle and awards distributed, if applicable.

7) Committee Reports

Lane Inspections - Jackie Alguire

Lane inspections were done at McArthur Lanes on August 19, 2007.

Website - Pierre Gratton

Website Contest to start in October. Questions as discussed. Towel and McArthur membership for prizes. Discussion to possibly give paid entry to local tournament as prize - deferred. Ann to pick up towels at OTBA meeting in October and provide sign. Website to be updated.

Bowling Clinic - Ann King

Tentatively scheduled for November 3^rd or 4^th. Working on final details.

Tournaments - Tim Lalonde

Strike 9 - No Tap singles tournament on October 21^st.

Strike 9 - No Tap doubles tournament on November 25^th.

8) Business Arising from Previous Minutes

CDTBA Local Awards and OTBA Awards

Pierre to get the plaques. Sample of OTBA plaque given to Pierre.

OTBA awards to be picked up at meeting in October by Ann King.

67’s CDTBA Day - Fund-raiser

Discussion to proceed with this event. Marc Dumontier to provide list of “things to do”. Ann to check which game would be suitable for this event to be held at the end of January or first part of February 2008.

Discussion of new Association logo.
